OUR STORY
The first Özsüt shop opened in 1938 in the Kemeraltı district of İzmir. At first it sold only yoghurt and clotted cream, and milk desserts made to traditional palace recipes were added later. Continuing to craft those traditional desserts, the Özsüt patisserie became one of the dessert shops that came to symbolise İzmir.
